Si Victor a le sens du rythme et a du flair – il est entre autres le producteur du groupe Synapson –, il a aussi le sens du partage et le goût des bonnes choses. Sa Maison Vauban concentre d’ailleurs ses différents univers. Ouverte à la place d’un PMU de quartier, elle est l’une des adresses qui fait bouger la vie des habitants du secteur Vauban-Notre-Dame de la cité phocéenne! Dès le petit matin, le long d’un bar en bois clair et faïences vertes, ou sur la terrasse blanche soulignée d’un bleu grec, on se fait passer le journal en blaguant autour d’un café serré, on commande jus pressés et bols de müesli bio, graines de chia, cranberry et fruits frais préparés chez Francette, l’épicerie voisine.
