ESCALE IDÉALE Hors du temps et des rumeurs de la ville, cet îlot de paix et de sérénité nourrit le corps et l'esprit. Par strates successives, l'édifice religieux du XVIIe siècle a entamé sa mue il y a dix ans. En collaboration avec Studio Mumbai et Studio Méditerranée pour l'architecture, et Festen pour l'architecture d'intérieur, se dessine pierre par pierre un territoire de goût où matières naturelles et savoir-faire locaux infusent quiétude et recueillement. À l'abri des regards, une cour plantée d'agrumes et des jardins séculaires où la mémoire des lieux se pare de glycine, de fleur d'oranger et d'un parfum de pain chaud sorti du four de la boulangerie du couvent.
