ELLE Y A MÉLANGÉ SES SOUVENIRS D'ENFANCE, UNE TOUCHE ART DÉCO, ET LE STYLE RIVIERA DONT S'ÉTAIENT EMPARÉES LES CÉLÉBRITÉS DES ANNÉES 1950 OU 1960 - ALAIN DELON, LINO VENTURA, ÉDITH PIAF OU ENCORE GRACE KELLY - QUI VENAIENT À L'HÔTEL POUR UN VERRE OU QUELQUES NUITS.

PALETTE RIVIERA Malika Mokadem aime raconter qu’elle venait enfant dans cet établissement, pour y prendre le thé avec sa grand-mère. Plus tard, elle y a vécu et rencontré son mari. C’est donc une longue histoire d’amour qui l’a ramenée ici. Et un passage de relais car, avant elle, le Rose Thé a toujours été dirigé par des femmes. Par ses fenêtres, on aperçoit les eaux bleues du golfe d’Amour, les parasols multicolores, les palmiers qui bordent la baie: toute la palette de tons sable, saumon, turquoise ou amande qu’on trouve dans les chambres. Cannage, rotin, laiton, miroirs et planches d’histoire naturelle leur donnent un petit air d’avant, que viennent réveiller des créations contemporaines. Objets, produits de beauté, bougies et parfums d’ambiance seront bientôt en vente à la boutique. HÔTEL ROSE…
