CUEILLETTE SAUVAGE Caroline, en 2015, voulait reverdir Marseille. Elle crée l’association Bigoud’, installe un potager dans un Ehpad et, doucement, change le regard des résidents. En 2017, Camille la rejoint et le duo s’oriente vers la cueillette des fleurs sauvages, innombrables. Roquette, souci, fenouil, mauve, bourrache ou nombril de Vénus: une bête murette, un talus ou une friche recèlent pour elles des merveilles. Elles cueillent à Aubagne ou au Rove au printemps. L’été, elles montent à SaintZacharie pour le sureau, le muflier ou la fleur d’ail. En septembre, elles sont à Hyères. Leur récolte tient dams de petites boîtes hermétiques, qu’elles empilent et surveillent comme des trésors. Mais, quand elles les ouvrent, c’est bien plus beau!
