Au Grand-Saint-Antoine, charcuterie d’exception, Julia et Yves Baussens (le père) refont le monde, tandis qu’Emmanuel (le fils) transforme ses porcs fermiers d’Auvergne élevés en liberté et nourris sans OGM. Julia est aussi folle de leur brandade, qu’elle sert au restaurant. Retour rue d’Aubagne à l’heure où, chez Yassine, on sert le triptyque kefteji (aubergines confites, poivrons grillés, frites et œufs), leblebi (soupe de pois chiches au cumin, ail et harissa) et ojja (œuf, oignon, sauce tomate).
