Depuis le nouveau QG de Bouillabaisse Turfu, rue Pythéas, le chef veut multiplier les rencontres avec les pêcheurs, suivies de cours de cuisine, et réaliser des plats à emporter ou à manger en terrasse. Christian aime échanger avec les pêcheurs, les designers (il veut éliminer les sacs plastique) et les scientifiques du parc national des Calanques. Il s’est aussi rapproché de l’hôtel Les Bords de Mer, où il fait se rencontrer tous ceux que la pêche durable et la biodiversité intéressent.
