TABLES VOYAGEUSES C’est l’histoire d’une table qui voyage dans des sites à couper le souffle. Une longue table en bois imaginée par Marie-josée Ordener, avec des ballots de paille pour s’asseoir et pas de musique, pour que les gens parlent et sympathisent avec leurs voisins. Emmanuel Perrodin, directeur artistique, chef et historien, choisit chaque année les nouveaux chefs, mais aussi les vignerons, les producteurs qui, de la Camargue au pays d’Aix, vont les aider à « explorer les liens entre la cuisine, les arts, les paysages et l'esprit des territoires ». Chaque dîner est un chapitre, l’expression d’un territoire. Où les apports venus d’ailleurs apparaissent comme une richesse à partager. « Ne pas oublier, sourit Emmanuel Perrodin, que l'escabèche est un plat persan, arrivé à Marseille via le Moyen-Orient. »…
