L’EXPO Si Pier Paolo Pasolini a de tout temps aimé se définir comme écrivain, c’est à travers ses films qu’il a touché le grand public et questionné durablement l’expérimentation esthétique. La beauté singulière et dérangeante de son œuvre exerce un pouvoir d’attraction qui abolit le temps, au point qu’il est aujourd’hui lu, cité, commenté, adapté par les acteurs de la création contemporaine. L’exposition qui se tient au Nouveau musée national de Monaco (NMNM) - Villa Sauber se lit en deux temps. L’un aborde l’influence que la peinture a eue sur son cinéma, à travers un ensemble d’extraits de films, peintures, installations, photographies du XVIe siècle à nos jours.
