ASSEMBLAGES Fossiles d’oursins, côtes de baleine, corail, pierres érodées, bois flotté… et bustes romains, fractions de porphyre ou bronzes antiques. L’artiste Nicolas Lefebvre assemble ses trésors marins à des fragments de statues provenant de la Galerie Chenel, à Paris, et à l’invitation de la maison de vente aux enchères Christie’s dans le cadre de ses cartes blanches à des artistes. Ses objets totémiques relient époques et continents, mélangent les cultures, conjuguent les religions, convoquent le sacré. Ses œuvres se retrouvent dans le livre Assemblages venant de paraître aux éditions OFR.…
