LES DEUX PARTAGENT LA PEINTURE ET UNE FORMATION DE GRAPHISME, LE PREMIER À TOULON PARTICIPANT AU MOUVEMENT ART ET ARCHITECTURE AUX CÔTÉS DE JEAN-PIERRE BLANC, DIRECTEUR DE LA VILLA NOAILLES, LE SECOND À AIX-EN-PROVENCE. DE LEURS CRÉATIONS ÉMANE UNE CERTAINE DOUCEUR DE VIVRE.

DÉCORS RÉACTIVÉS Le restaurant Salama, l'Hôtel des Lices, Indie Beach, mais aussi des maisons en collaboration avec India Mahdavi, Christophe Pillet… David Granata, du studio Oreka, avoue que c'est avec ces derniers, en citant aussi Charles Zana pour son travail au Lou Pinet, qu'il s'est lancé dans la réactivation des savoir-faire du Sud. Il y a un renouveau de Saint-Tropez sous leur émulation, dans la lignée des architectes Philippe Tallien et Roger Errera. Pour le Café de l'Ormeau, il s'attache à lustrer les éléments de mémoire, comptoir, carrelage, jusqu'à conserver intact le petit salon où Brigitte Bardot quitta Sacha Distel, et à remettre en place les bibliothèques d'autrefois, ne faisant pas mentir l'antique enseigne en façade « Librairie Papeterie Café».
