CHÂTEAU ET VILLAS Karl O'Hanlon crée dans la pinède entourant le château, à même la roche, une quarantaine de villas. En matériaux locaux et de recyclage, elles se veulent les moins énergivores. «J'ai quitté la Banque d'Irlande, passé un diplôme d'architecture d'intérieur, et nous avons déménagé ici. Nous voulions bâtir une vie en phase avec nos valeurs.» Quinze ans plus tard, associé avec les Vignobles Bonfils qui cultivent les vignes du Capitoul, ils pensent des écosystèmes vertueux, redonnant un usage à des bâtiments en désuétude, expérimentant les jardins secs avec les meilleurs spécialistes: le paysagiste James Basson et le botaniste horticulteur Olivier Filippi.
