Guidée par sa passion pour la couleur, Florence de La Rivière, designer coloriste, a croisé le chemin du vin et s'est donné pour mission d'en sublimer l'éclat. Enseignante à la faculté d'œnologie de Bordeaux, riche de ses rencontres avec vignerons, œnologues, chercheurs, elle a tissé un langage universel où la couleur devient le premier murmure du vin, une invitation à voir avant de goûter. De cette exploration est né le livre L'Œil du vin, paru aux Éditions de La Martinière, qui célèbre la diversité chromatique du vin et nous invite à «goûter avec les yeux»: embrasser les rouges, croquer les rosés, caresser les blancs. Chaque variation raconte une histoire et dévoile l'âme du breuvage. Mais qu'est-ce que la couleur du vin? Appelée robe, elle est une signature qui révèle l'identité…
