L'architecte d'intérieur Sandra Benhamou, Parisienne d'origine italotunisienne, orchestre ou repense résidences, boutiques et autres projets à Milan et ailleurs. Elle lance une première collection de tapis en collaboration avec édition 1.6.9, «Tellus mater», la terre mère, la terre nourricière. Elle cultive la notion de territoire. Photos de paysages, images aériennes de nature, déserts vus en Israël, lui sont sources d'inspiration pour ses créations de tapis façonnés au Népal et en Inde. Alors se déclinent à l'envi les tons de sable et de terre, de tourbe et de sel… Les architectes du Studio KO, auteurs émérites de lieux d'exception – on leur doit, entre autres, le musée Yves Saint Laurent à Marrakech – sont à l'origine d'une collection de tapis inspirés des arts premiers et du style abstrait des années 1950.…
