Rémy Savage imagine ses bars en fonction de mouvements artistiques, Art nouveau à Paris, abstraction pour Lyon, inspirant la décoration, les cocktails, la cuisine. «Oubliez gin, vodka, whisky. Ici, on ne s'intéresse qu'à l'arôme.
