CONFIDENTIEL Sa façade ocre, ponctuée de volets gris ardoise, est à l’image des maisons néoclassiques qui bordent la me Valade. Rien ne laisse présager qu’un hôtel confidentiel s’y cache, prolongé d’un jardin au milieu duquel un cèdre du Liban a planté son apaisante silhouette. Ouvert l’hiver dernier après d’importants travaux, l’établissement dévoile seize chambres, dont celles du dernier étage offrent une vue imprenable sur le couvent des Jacobins. Attachée à Toulouse où elle y a fait ses études de pharmacie, la propriétaire y est revenue avec ce projet qui lui tenait à cœur. La présence d’un « espace de partage », ouvert aux visiteurs, autour du jardin dessiné par le paysagiste Antoine Ginesty, du bai- et des petits salons, permet de venu- boire un verre ou de travailler.
