1. Cornes de gazelle Marché pour 30 cornes de gazelle Pâte à cornes de gazelle. 500 g de farine, 125 g de beurre (à température ambiante), 1 œuf, eau de fleur d’oranger, 1 pincée de sel. Pâte d’amande. 500 g de poudre d’amande, 175 g de beurre (à température ambiante), 1 c. à soupe d’eau de fleur d’oranger, 3 gouttes d’extrait d’amande amère. Pour la pâte à corne de gazelle. Dans un grand bol, mélangez la farine et le beurre ramolli (ou légèrement fondu). Ajoutez la pincée de sel, l’œuf, l’eau de fleur d’oranger, puis mélangez encore (sans pétrir) et laissez reposer la pâte 30 min à température ambiante. Pour la pâte d’amande. Dans un grand bol, mélangez le beurre ramolli, le sucre, la poudre d’amande, l’extrait d’amande amère et l’eau de fleur d’oranger,…
