SIMPLICITÉ NATURELLE Frédéric et Clémence Bon ont agrandi l’hôtel Le Mas de Peint, ouvert par leurs parents, Jacques et Lucille, elle-même architecte d’intérieur. Ils transforment les dépendances en suites en conservant la filiation décorative: matières naturelles, moquette en laine, rideaux en lin, tomettes au sol, plaids réalisés dans les couvertures des chevaux et mobilier provençal. Frédéric poursuit aussi l’activité de la Manade Bon sur 500 hectares: chevaux et taureaux destinés à la course à la cocarde. Aux fourneaux, le chef colombien Juan Ipuz, invente chaque jour un menu unique. «Je mixe mes voyages et les palais d’ici.
