CORDE SENSIBLE Dans son petit atelier, à l’étage d'une maison de village, Léna Morelli décape et rafistole des chaises chinées, puis leur tisse une assise à la corde dite « danoise ». Pendant un an, elle a apprivoisé en autodidacte cette ficelle de papier torsadé et ciré, s’éloignant du tissage traditionnel pour inventer sa propre écriture, faite de motifs géométriques entrelacés. « Je m'inspire beaucoup de l'architecture japonaise et du patchwork, j'ai besoin de mélanger l’épure et le rustique. » Postés sur Instagram, les sièges issus de ce « wabi-sabi » tapissier ont rapidement attiré l'oeil des experts.
