1. Stufffoli, petits beignets napolitains glacés au miellat corse et fruits confits Pour 6 personnes Préparation 45 min. Réfrigération 2 h. Cuisson 15 min. Réfrigération 1 h. 230 g de farine, 2 œufs, 40g de sucre blond, 40g de beurre demi-sel, 1 c. à soupe de marsala, 1 pincée de levure chimique, le zeste d'1 citron bio, 200 g de miellat du maquis, fruits confits pour le décor. Mélangez la farine avec le sucre, la levure et le zeste de citron finement râpé. Fouettez les oeufs avec le beurre ramolli puis ajoutez le marsala. Mélangez les 2 préparations et travaillez la pâte jusqu’à ce qu'elle soit lisse et homogène. Enveloppez-la dans du film alimentaire et réfrigérez-la pour 2 h.
