TALENTS À SUIVRE Pour Nicolas Mazet, l'art est un révélateur, cristallisant les enjeux d'une époque. Il a donc ouvert les portes de sa demeure familiale à toutes les formes d'expression contemporaine: photographie, art numérique, paper art, art urbain, land art, art brut… À ses côtés, Kate Davis pilote aussi le restaurant installé dès le printemps sous les chênes centenaires: une oasis proposant des saveurs simples et raffinées, issues du potager voisin ou de producteurs locaux.
