Au cœur de la ville éternelle, tout près du Vatican, l'atelier Le Sibille dévoile une tradition parfaitement maîtrisée. La technique romaine de la micro-mosaïque a vu le jour au XVIIIe siècle. Cet héritage de l'art antique rallume sa flamme et ses éclats depuis les années 1990, dans cet atelier au savoir-faire d'exception. On y réalise un travail d'orfèvre qui s’étire entre tradition et modernité, et s'orchestre à six mains agiles. Celles de trois artistes-bijoutières, Camilla Bronzini, Francesca Neri Serneri et Antonella Perugini, qui créent des bijoux aux allures de pièces d'art. Constituées de millions de minuscules éléments taillés dans des baguettes de verre, ces créations révèlent des coloris à peine soupçonnables, mais aussi des gestes de haute précision qui sont le fruit d'un travail minutieux, pour ne pas dire obsessionnel,…
