ELLES SONT TOUTES DEUX TRÈS DIFFÉRENTES, MAIS ELLES ONT EN COMMUN L'AMOUR DE LA TERRE ET DE S'ÊTRE INVENTÉ UNE VIE À LEUR MESURE SUR LA CÔTE BASQUE.

TONS SOURDS Louise Devilder est née à Lille, mais revendique vingt ans de vacances au cap Ferret à se faire «racler dans le sable et les rouleaux». Quand un surf-trip au Maroc lui révèle qu'elle aime profondément la glisse, son univers professionnel et les impératifs horaires lui semblent de plus en plus étrangers. À l'instinct, elle suit sa chance, qui la mène à la Faktoria de Biarritz, où elle renoue avec la terre. Et à Guéthary, où elle trouve l'introuvable: un appartement de plain-pied avec une serre où installer ses longboards et son atelier. Elle tourne la terre chamottée d'une entreprise artisanale près de Valence (en Espagne). Des grès noirs et roux qui transparaissent sous l'émail, le réchauffent, le bronzent, le texturent.
