GARAGE BANDE Pour un projet de biscuiterie, mis à mal par la crise internationale, le chef Benoît Sarthou avait acquis cet ancien garage. Avec son amie, la décoratrice Laetitia Bouchet d'Imperfect Mood, ils ont fait le pari de transformer le local industriel en bar-lounge-restaurant cosy. Pari réussi! Grâce à un mélange chaux-chanvre projeté aux murs, un système audio très enveloppant, des chauffeuses en velours sur mesure de Pascal Daveluy, tapissier de génie à Anglet: on s'y sent bien. Encore mieux quand on vient pour les cocktails, mixés au grand bar, où la Rhune discute avec Hokusai sur un décor en céramique du graffeur Julien Soone.
