MÊME LES ABEILLES PARTENT EN TRANSHUMANCE, ENTRE PLAINE ET MONTAGNE.

DU VIN ET DU MIEL Dans la plaine de Peri, Romain Salasca est un adepte de la polyculture. Apiculteur depuis quinze ans, il déplace régulièrement ses 350 ruches de la plaine à la montagne, et depuis huit ans aux abords de ses vignes. « Nous sommes des militants de la terre. En 1950, il y avait ici 140 hectares de vignes et 50 vignerons. Aujourd'hui, nous sommes six mais nous replantons plusieurs cépages: bianco gentile, minustellu, carcajolu, nielluccio, sans oublier les incontournables sciaccarellu et vermentinu. » Petit-fils de vigneron, il réalise son rêve.
