We all like to give Microsoft a good telling off, don’t we? Well, it might be good to redress the balance a little. Over the past two weeks I’ve used the chat line for Windows problems on two occasions. The first was related to being unable to get Cortana up and running. The technician spent over an hour working his way through my system and was prepared to keep going, but I had to end the session as time was running out for me. He couldn’t do enough to assist. He even typed full instructions on how to resolve the problem before he signed off. The second time was more pressing. For some reason my PC would not let me close the system down.
