The report, which launched last July, is now finalised, as confirmed by The Department for Transport (DfT) Review Team to the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs (FBHVC). The review includes many recommendations, each now awaiting approval. In short, the review assesses whether the DVLA is up to the job asked of it.
