TS250 POTTED HISTORY:

The 1969 Savage morphed into the 1970 Mk2 which had revisions to the guards, gauges, exhaust and heat guard. The R and J models (1971 and 72) featured solid colours rather than candy paintwork with white graphics. Officially the K model in green with stonking orange graphics was the first to be imported into the UK, although there’s a sneaking suspicion that a few Js might have been brought in by Suzuki as a ‘toe in the water’. The K, L and M models (73-76) were essentially very similar machines with just different graphics.
