This images takes us back 29 years to central Leeds in 1996, and a symphony of rep car favourites in the Baird Menswear (still a going concern but no longer in the building) company car park. In amongst the Vauxhalls we can spy at least five Mk1 Mondeos, while a Mk3 Granada is parked in front of the building — surely one of the directors’ cars? Over the water by the Hilton hotel, a Mk3 Escort and a Mk5 Escort Cabriolet are lined up alongside more Mk1 Mondeos and a Mk1 Sierra. What else can you spot?
