Part 2 of 3 In the January 2025 issue we began what feels like an epic task of sorting out the sills on a Mk1 Cortina, using repair sections from Ex-Pressed Steel Panels and the Mk1 Cortina Owners’ Club, as well as making our own. However, in order for us to repair the front of the sill and the inner sill, we had to make the A-panel sound as well — simply because the outer sill skin joins onto it and the A-pillar goes over the top.
