Pasta with Tomato anD Lentil Sauce

This sauce has all the robust richness of a meat sauce with none of the, well, meat. Lentils guarantee that you’ll get plenty of protein, and everything else guarantees that it will taste great. Have you ever started pasta in cold water? It’s a method that’s new to us—and we like it.
