Ranch Dressing

Ranch is a lot of people’s favorite dressing, and it’s no wonder! It’s creamy, garlicky, and herby—and it’s as good to scoop up with raw vegetables as it is to dress a salad. ❚ ADULT: YES ❚ HANDS-ON TIME: 10 MINUTES ❚ TOTAL TIME: 10 MINUTES ❚ MAKES: ¾ CUP KITCHEN GEAR Cutting board Sharp knife (adult needed) Medium bowl Measuring cups Measuring spoons Spoon or whisk INGREDIENTS ½ cup plain Greek yogurt2 tablespoons olive oil2 teaspoons white vinegar or lemon juice½ teaspoon mustard (any kind you like)1 teaspoon finely chopped onion (or ½ teaspoon onion powder)1 small garlic clove, peeled and minced (or ¼ teaspoon garlic powder)1 to 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives or dill or parsley leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)¼ teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon black pepper INSTRUCTIONS 1.
