On the other hand, had Thomas waited longer than just one night to reappear, we think this whole story would have packed a lot more punch and driven home the point he was trying to make, i.e., that even the best among us are capable of keeping horrible secrets. True, it would have been hard to watch Hope agonize more after the year she’s already had, but if you’re going to fake someone out by pretending to be dead, don’t give up the ghost (pun intended) quite so fast!…
