Kishan reflect on ‘feel good’ ton for Sunrisers

Wicketkeeper-batter Ishan Kishan scored his maiden century in the IPL in his first match for his new franchise, Sunrisers Hyderabad, against Rajasthan Royals at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium on Sunday. Reflecting on his unbeaten 47-ball 106, Kishan said he was aware of his abilities and had been waiting for this knock. Kishan, who scored 320 runs, including a half-century, in the previous season for Mumbai Indians, was bought by Sunrisers for about R23.8 million, the franchise’s most expensive purchase at last year's auction in Jeddah.
