SOUTH AFRICAN football continues to do its best to give Hugo Broos heart palpitations that would send most septuagenarians to the grave. But the silver-haired Belgian is a stubborn die-hard with a dream to return to the Fifa World Cup. And ‘no weapons (of unprofessionalism) formed against him (by the Premier Soccer League) shall prosper’. The latest challenge that saw the 72-year-old pulling his hair was delivered by Orlando Pirates, who sat on the news of Patrick Maswanganyi’s injury until late on Sunday.
