TEACHERS in this day and age are in big trouble. Their rights as a normal human being is of no value. Who is fending for teachers. Day after day there is no one that supports them.
Teachers training is all about teaching, not spending time with being abuse or being swore or physically attacked.
Parents and children belittle the teachers. The profession is not valued anymore. The respect for and Educator is no longer there.
Parents don’t take responsibility for their children. Children’s lies about a teacher can derail that educator.
A promising profession can be strip away from educators.
An educator as an individual fending for yourself is useless against the daily challenges of feeling gutted against negative parents or learners words.
