Quinlan Hickey, 27, is a product manager for the Canadian home automation company ecobee. She trains with Toronto’s Pace & Mind club and was thrilled to run her first sub-3 marathon in October 2022.
Paramraj (Parm) Khosa, 26, is an architectural technologist and middle distance runner who trains with the Toronto Pace Project. A highlight of 2022 was running 335 km to Brockville, Ont., relay-style, with a group of friends.
