LEICA LAUNCHES ITS FASTEST SL MIRRORLESS CAMERA EVER

AS EXPECTED A faster version of the Leica SL3 has arrived, swapping the 60.3 megapixels sensor for a 24.6 megapixels BSI-CMOS imager and thus enabling continuous shooting at up to 30 fps with full AF/AE adjustment. This speed makes it the fastest SL series mirrorless camera to date, and it can be maintained with image quality settings up to 12-bit RAW (DNG). An 8.0 GB buffer memory allows for a burst length of 175 frames when shooting at 30 fps. RAWs with 14-bit capture can be captured at lower speeds. As with the SL3, the camera has dual memory card slots for CFexpress Type B devices and for SD with UHS-II speed support.
