Our writer flies from Bali to Singapore on a brand-new plane, and finds that though the service is generally good, there are a few quibbles

CABIN Review BACKGROUND Star Alliance member Singapore Airlines (SIA) took delivery of its first Boeing 787-10 aircraft more than six years ago, becoming the first airline group to operate all three variants of the Dreamliner. At 68m, the B787-10 is the longest in the Dreamliner family, with SIA configuring the aircraft with its regional cabin products, offering 36 seats in 1-2-1 lie-flat in business class. At the time of writing, SIA had taken delivery of 25 of a total of 31 787-10s ordered. Fun fact: the aircraft that operated this review flight was the latest 787-10 delivered to SIA. The SingaporeDenpasar-Singapore rotation that day was only the aircraft's third revenue service following delivery from Boeing's 787 delivery halls in Charleston, South Carolina, so the aircraft was in mint condition and…
