B A C K G R O U N D The 28-storey, 305-room luxury hotel opened in July 2022, marking the debut of the Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand in California. It is housed in the multi-use The Grand LA building designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry. WHERE IS IT? On South Grand Avenue in downtown LA. Attractions include the Walt Disney Concert Hall opposite and The Broad contemporary art museum. You enter via a covered walkway with a living wall, and a set of lifts takes you to the tenth floor lobby.
