BACKGROUND Delta's premium economy product, Premium Select, launched on its A350 aircraft in 2017, rolling out on its A330 and Boeing 767-300 fleet in 2021. By summer 2022 the cabin had been rolled out on all European flights, and its dining service and amenities were enhanced in autumn 2022. The LHR-LAX route is operated by the A330-900 neo, configured with 281 seats across three cabins. The outbound flight departs at 1620 and lands at 2015 local time.
