Brussels Airlines unveils new uniforms

BRUSSELS AIRLINES HAS LAUNCHED new uniforms for its 2,600 cabin, cockpit and ground operation staff. Designed by Gabrielle Szwarcenberg of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp, the range has been inspired by uniforms of the 1960s, with options including turtleneck tops and the A-line dress. The uniforms are being introduced this spring, and include unisex pieces, and trainers as an alternative, alongside vegan-leather shoes, from brands including Atelier Content and Ambiorix. On the sustainability side, materials include BCI-certified cotton, mulesing-free wool and leather made from cacti and grapes.…
