ASCOTT LAUNCHES NEW LOYALTY PROGRAMME

SINGAPORE-BASED serviced residence operator The Ascott has launched a new loyalty programme called Ascott Star Rewards, with 3,000 bonus points for new members who sign up via the company’s brand websites. The programme has several attractive features: no cap to points that can be earned; no minimum points for redemption; no blackout dates; and an option to nominate other guests to earn points. The programme is free to join at the “Classic” membership tier. Membership then progresses to “Silver”, “Gold” and “Platinum”, based on accumulated spending during a qualifying period. Existing Ascott Online Advantage members, who will be automatically upgraded to Ascott Star Rewards, will enjoy a tier status match based on their spending with Ascott in 2018 and receive 5,000 bonus points after their first stay from now till December 31.
