In preparing this issue I noticed a peculiar theme: virtually all of our features, as well as many of the shorter pieces, make early reference to the pandemic and its consequences. Even though ostensibly we have moved on from that difficult period and are returning to “normal”, the reality is that across every aspect of the business travel industry, decision makers have had to re-evaluate their working practices and implement changes to their business models.
