ShopEDITION has recently launched a new Artist Series range, featuring products by skilled local artisans in its hotels around the world. The series has launched with the brand's hotels in Madrid and Reykjavik but is expected to expand to further properties in the portfolio. Icelander Védis Jónsdóttir has created a wool throw inspired by the wild vegetation and rich colours of the landscape (£198-£220/US$242-$269), while Guðbjörg Káradótti has created a ceramic carafe and cup set (£115/US$140) that features a glazing inspired by the capital's surrounding mountains.
