Correction in “Tunneling for Workplace Justice” Dear Editors, The hard copy of the Winter 2023 magazine arrived yesterday, and I sat down to read the other stories and my own. All very interesting stories. I've discovered that I made a mistake in my article and would like to see a correction in the upcoming edition. I wrote: “The union then called expert witnesses who claimed the employer fraudulently altered the workers’ contracts.” That's not right. The sentence should read “The union claimed the employer fraudulently altered the workers’ contracts and engaged an expert witness to provide evidence.” The expert witness “admitted the plausibility of the company explanation that the first page of the contract had been prepared separately and added later.” He then said he couldn't back up the company's…
