Wir verspeisen eine Kröte mit Messer, Gabel sowie Grandezza – und haben dabei eine Erleuchtung

Liebe Leserin, NICHTS IST BESTÄNDIGER ALS DER WANDEL. Solange wir jung sind, halten wir diesen Spruch für abgedroschen, doch mit dem Älterwerden bemerken wir, dass da was dran ist. Mag es auch noch so oft gehört sein – irgendwann hören wir nicht mehr weg, wenn jemand das sagt. Weil es uns tröstet. Denn vieles, was wir lieben oder lieb gewonnen haben, verlieren wir nun mal. Und nicht immer geht eine neue Tür auf, wenn eine zufällt (auch so eine Phrase). Aber es wandelt sich zum Glück auch das, was uns bekümmert: Es vergeht oder wird erträglich durch Gewöhnung. Wir Frauen wissen das und haben deshalb die Fähigkeit, bis ins hohe Alter Veränderungen zu managen, auch die unerwünschten.
