He Saved A Girl From Drowning! Anthony Dreadfulwater, 16, was swimming off a barge with other family members at Lake Tenkiller in Oklahoma when one of their friends became exhausted in deep water. Seeing his friend was in trouble, Anthony swam back to help her. Anthony guided the girl back to the barge. Once she was out of the water, he warmed her using a towel and she soon recovered. No one was harmed during the incident. Life Scout Anthony Dreadfulwater, a member of Troop 4008, chartered to St. Ann Catholic Church in Elgin, Okla., received a Heroism Award for his actions.
