Starcraft’s SVX 191 OB takes aim at budget-minded boaters without forcing buyers to peruse the options list just to get the necessities and niceties. Its impressive standards list includes a fiberglass helm with full gauge array, a swiveling bucket helm seat with flip-up bolster, a steering wheel with a plush leathery-feel wrap, and a Jensen Bluetooth stereo with four speakers. EVA foam traction mats and telescoping boarding ladders come standard on both bow and stern platforms, and a Bimini provides shade.
