Ruth Madsen fra “Sygeplejeskolen” står med kufferten i hånden og går af døren til Fredenslund Sygehus. Hun har fået mulighed for at et job for WHO — det samme tilbud, som forstanderinden Margrethe Lund takkede nej til. — Ja, så forsvandt Ruth. Jeg tænker, at hun skulle ud på nye græsgange, fortæller skuespilleren bag rollen i TV 2 Charlie-serien Anette Støvelbæk til BILLED-BLADET. — Ruth har kæmpet nogle år med sig selv og sit kærlighedsliv — og har hele tiden kæmpet med, hvem hun var. I en tid med stor forandring, så tror jeg — for sådan én som hende, der er opdraget efter de gamle dyder — at hun havde brug for at komme videre.
