Sara Maria Franch-Mærkedahl strålede som en sol af glæde, da hun og Gitte Høj holdt en hyggelig reception i anledning af lanceringen af deres nye app, Melio. De har været sammen om at udgive appen om mental og indre fysisk sundhed, og de har tidligere udgivet løbebogen ”Boost dit løb”. – Melio er et ord, som er taget fra et latinsk skrift og handler om, at man selv ved en lille forandring kan opleve en stor effekt, og det er vores filosofi. Mange mennesker har alt for store ambitioner om ændringer, der skal gå hurtigt, og noget man skal nå, men ting tager tid, og det er okay, fortalte Sara Maria til BILLED-BLADET om idéen bag appen.
